Title: Fulfillment Coordinator
Pay Range: $17.25 - $19.00/hr
Location: Johnstown, OH
Job Type: Full Time | Non-Exempt
Shift: Monday - Friday | 10:00am – 6:00pm

What You’ll Do:
As a Fulfillment Coordinator at Curaleaf, you’ll be part of the team that keeps our products moving — accurately, compliantly, and on time. You’ll help ensure every order is prepared with care and precision while maintaining the highest standards of organization and compliance. In this role, you’ll:
- Print compliant product labels and prepare customer orders through accurate picking, packing, and processing
- Perform quality checks to ensure all orders meet compliance and company standards
- Support order entry and manifest creation in the state track-and-trace system (MJFreeway)
- Conduct vault counts, product check-ins, and maintain organized, clearly labeled inventory
- Assist with weekly audits, cycle counts, and other operational projects to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with your team and step in as needed to support logistics and fulfillment operations
What You’ll Bring:
- You have hands-on experience in fulfillment, including picking, packing, and order processing
- You’re comfortable working in ERP or warehouse management systems and are confident navigating inventory control tools
- You’re skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and can organize and analyze data efficiently
- You bring strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in every task
- You communicate clearly, collaborate well with others, and approach your work with integrity and accountability
- You’re proactive, dependable, and take ownership of your responsibilities while supporting team goals
- You’re flexible and willing to work evenings or weekends when needed
- You have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
Even Better If:
- You bring previous cannabis experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance
- Frequent and repetitive use of hands and wrists for extended periods of time
- Repetitive bending, squatting, and reaching
- Ability to climb ladders or step stools to access plants or equipment
- Ability to use required PPE when required, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary
Environmental Conditions
- Exposure to environments with high humidity, varying temperatures, and strong odors (such as cannabis)
- Exposure to soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen and plant pathogens
- Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol
- Exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms
- Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels
