As a Partner Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for data entry, partner onboarding, and ensuring the accuracy of partner integrations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Execute processes to onboard new brands and partners.
  • Ensure partner integrations are accurate and functioning correctly.
  • Troubleshoot issues with existing brands through our live chat functionality.
  • Clean and organize data in spreadsheets.
  • Analyze data using advanced Excel functions to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and the ability to create complex IF statements.
  • Experience with Shopify, particularly in managing products and sales channels.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software tools and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Experience in data entry, cleaning, and organizing large datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

 

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and integrations.
  • Basic understanding of API integrations and data flow between systems.
  • Previous experience in partner or brand onboarding processes.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
  • Coding (software development) experience.
