This role can be filled in our Irving, Texas headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Client Acquisition & Engagement: Prospect, identify, and acquire new clients through various channels such as email, text, phone calls, and virtual presentations.

  • Team Collaboration: Consistently work with a supportive team that values your contributions and takes pride in shared successes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience & Education: 3-7 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs, along with a college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellence & Resilience: Demonstrated job excellence with strong references, and the ability to maintain resilience in the face of rejection.
  • Tech-Savvy & Strategic: Proficiency in utilizing technology to generate additional sales prospects, combined with critical thinking skills to differentiate between needs and wants and offer solution-oriented responses.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Confident, clear, and empathetic communication, with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and excel in a quota-driven environment.
  • Mindset & Determination: A proactive and determined mindset, recognizing the need for perseverance and grit in a sales role, and hitting the ground running with a self-starter mentality.

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + bonus. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
