Credentialing Specialist
We are actively seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join our Sales Admin team. In this role, you will ensure healthcare providers meet all client-specific credentialing requirements. You will work closely with recruiters, account managers, candidates, and clients to manage credentialing processes efficiently. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently are essential. This role will be filled in our Irving, Texas headquarters.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Credentialing Excellence: Ensure accurate credentialing by organizing and reviewing applications, verifying education, licensure, and certifications, and supporting providers throughout the process.
- Process Ownership: Take full responsibility for credentialing tasks, keeping track of progress and providing regular, clear updates to all parties to avoid delays.
- Detail-Oriented Coordination: Manage and submit documentation for client approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specific client requirements and deadlines.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals through clear, proactive communication to meet their credentialing needs.
- Operational Efficiency: Leverage data sources to pre-complete facility paperwork, ensuring timely completion of tasks and smooth process flow.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience & Education: A minimum of two years of related experience, preferably in a healthcare or staffing environment, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Attention to Detail & Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Self-Motivation & Independence: A self-driven individual who can manage projects and tasks autonomously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, especially when interacting with physicians and healthcare executives.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt quickly and think critically to find solutions that align with client expectations and credentialing needs.
- Process Documentation & Improvement: Capable of identifying and documenting client-specific credentialing processes, ensuring timely approvals and preventing delays.

Compensation
The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + bonus. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
