Recruiter - Permanent Placement - Clinical Search
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Recruiter to join our Permanent Placement - Clinical Search team. In this role, you will leverage your strong communication skills, recruiting experience, and relationship-building expertise to connect top clinical talent with our clients. You'll thrive in our dynamic healthcare staffing environment, working alongside a collaborative team to make a meaningful impact on patient care.
This role will be based at our Irving, Texas headquarters or offered remotely within the U.S. for qualified industry experts.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Expert Consultation & Relationship Management:
- Serve as a strategic advisor and primary liaison for C-suite leaders, building lasting partnerships through on-site consultations.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
- Utilize Doximity Talent Solution | Curative’s database and various platforms to source top talent, conducting interviews to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Comprehensive Communication:
- Collaborate with teams and clients to create effective job ads and marketing materials, addressing any service-related concerns.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in Permanent Placement healthcare staffing, including retained fee experience with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs.
- Education: College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for engaging candidates and healthcare executives.
- Proactive Approach: Comfortable making outbound calls and connecting with candidate leads.
- Decision-Making: Ability to navigate complex situations independently.
- Organization: Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Skilled in relationship-building with healthcare leaders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and recruitment technologies.
- Motivation & Drive: Self-starter with a strong work ethic and commitment to success in healthcare staffing.

Compensation
The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + commissions. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
