Freelance CRM Campaign Manager (Salesforce & HubSpot)
At Current, we help brands build connected digital experiences across web, CRM, and marketing ecosystems. We’re looking for a Freelance CRM Campaign Manager to support hands-on CRM execution across Salesforce and HubSpot, helping bring campaigns to life across email and automation channels.
This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys being directly in the platforms building, launching, QA’ing, and optimizing campaigns. This is not a CRM architecture or long-term strategy role.
What You’ll Do
- Build, launch, and manage email campaigns and automated workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Manage audience segmentation, list logic, and campaign setup directly within the platforms
- Own campaign QA, scheduling, testing, and deployment
- Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations based on results
- Partner closely with internal teams across strategy, creative, and account management in recurring working sessions
- Help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience working directly in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Proven background executing CRM email campaigns and automation workflows end-to-end
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with minimal oversight
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and QA skills
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across cross-functional teams
- Agency experience or experience supporting multiple brands/campaigns is a plus

The target compensation range for this freelance role is $60.00-$85.00 per hour. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including skill set, relevant experience, and geographic location.
