What will you do?
- Drive Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of existing accounts, creating and executing strategies to double revenue within the first year. Identify opportunities for business expansion, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize client value.
- Provide Digital Counsel: Regularly offer expert digital advice to clients and colleagues, ensuring strategies are aligned with current industry trends and best practices.
- Strategy Development and Implementation: Design and implement comprehensive, results-driven strategies for interactive campaigns, clearly defining the role of various digital channels in achieving business objectives.
- Creative Best Practices: Serve as the internal expert and advocate for the latest creative best practices on priority social platforms. Stay updated on platform changes and trends and advise clients and internal teams accordingly.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and advisor. Ensure client satisfaction and retention while pursuing business development goals.
- Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
You will be a good fit if…
- Experience and Expertise: You have 8+ years of experience in the digital marketing industry, with a deep understanding of social media, community management, and performance marketing.
- Leadership Skills: You are adept at managing teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Strategic Thinking: You can develop and execute digital and social media strategies across brands and businesses—both B2B and B2C.
- Business Acumen: You possess strong skills in scoping, finance, and business management, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- Client-Focused Approach: You excel at translating client needs into actionable project plans and delivering measurable results.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You are familiar with analytical tools and have a campaign-oriented, performance-driven mindset.
- Budget Management: You understand social media spend and know how to manage and optimize budgets effectively.
