Parts Manager

HVAC / Industrial Distribution
Multi-Location | Full-Time | Exempt

Build it. Scale it. Own it.

We’re looking for a high-impact Parts Manager to take ownership of a multi-location parts business with significant untapped growth.

This is not a “keep things running” role—this is a build, optimize, and scale opportunity for someone who thinks like an owner and leads from the front.

You’ll operate as the business leader for parts—driving performance across sales, operations, inventory, and customer experience—while partnering across service and equipment teams to create a seamless, best-in-class operation.

What You’ll Own

Leadership & Culture

  • Lead inside sales, outside sales, and warehouse teams across multiple locations
  • Build a high-accountability, performance-driven culture
  • Coach, develop, and elevate talent at every level

Growth & Market Impact

  • Identify and execute growth opportunities across pricing, product mix, and customer segments
  • Actively engage the market—customers, vendors, and team—to drive revenue
  • Bring a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to expanding the business

Operations & Inventory Excellence

  • Own inventory performance: turns, accuracy, availability, and obsolescence
  • Optimize stocking strategy and enforce disciplined processes
  • Improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency across locations

Business Ownership

  • Own revenue, margins, expenses, and inventory investment
  • Track and manage KPIs with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Make data-driven decisions that drive profitability and growth

Customer Experience

  • Deliver fast, accurate, and reliable parts support
  • Build strong customer relationships and trust
  • Champion a people-first, customer-first culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10+ years in parts, distribution, or supply chain leadership
  • Experience in HVAC, mechanical, or industrial distribution strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of driving growth, improving operations, and leading teams
  • Strong business acumen (pricing, margins, inventory, KPIs)
  • Hands-on, player-coach mentality—you lead from the floor, not just the office
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent sales and margin growth
  • A high-performing, accountable, and engaged team
  • Best-in-class customer experience across all locations
  • A parts operation that runs like a business—not just a support function

Why This Role

  • High visibility with real influence on the business
  • Opportunity to build and scale something meaningful
  • Autonomy to lead—not just manage
  • Performance-driven culture that rewards results
  • Competitive compensation + incentives tied to impact

 Ready to Build Something?

If you’re a driven leader who knows parts, understands distribution, and wants to own, grow, and scale a business—we should talk.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
