Senior Demand Generation Manager

We seek a strategic and results-driven Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive our lead generation efforts for the self-service funnel. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to grow our self-service revenue using paid channels, product-led growth tactics, and other demand-generation initiatives. Your primary focus will be on achieving our self-service targets for the year by building scalable, efficient, and high-impact campaigns that attract and convert new customers through a product-led growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
    • Own the creation and implementation of new demand-generation strategies that drive qualified new trials starts
    • Optimize the current portfolio of marketing efforts, including paid advertising, product-led growth tactics, and other relevant demand-generation approaches.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion to leads.
    • Collaborate with the growth team to leverage product insights and features that enhance the customer journey and increase top-of-funnel conversions.
    • Utilize data-driven approaches to identify and present growth opportunities and refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategies.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with our data team to create and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress toward self-service targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing, growth, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and drive the success of demand generation initiatives.
    • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling ads and creative assets that support campaign goals and resonate with our ideal customer profile.
    • Partner with the analytics team to enhance lead-scoring models and optimize campaign performance based on actionable insights.
  • Budget Management:
    • Allocate and report on the demand generation budget for the self-service funnel, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.
    • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of spending and make adjustments as necessary to achieve targets.

Who You Are:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand-generation campaigns that drive measurable results.
    • Strong understanding of paid media, product-led growth, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
    • Demonstrated success in growing a product-led growth funnel as part of a previous role.
  • Strategic Mindset:
    • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with overall business objectives.
    • Skilled in using data to inform decision-making and drive iterative improvements.
  • Project Management:
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
    • Experience using marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with various teams across the organization.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling way.
    • Experience partnering with a sales or revenue org to accomplish revenue targets.
  • Growth Mindset:
    • A passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

What You'll Achieve:

  • By 3 Months:
    • Fully understand our self-service funnel, including key performance indicators, user personas, and existing marketing strategies.
    • Begin executing targeted campaigns aimed at driving immediate growth in the self-service funnel.
  • By 6 Months:
    • Lead the optimization of multi-channel campaigns, significantly increasing conversion rates and user acquisition through the self-service funnel.
    • Develop a comprehensive demand generation strategy for the next 12 months, aligned with company growth goals.
    • Present your strategic plan during monthly self-service business review meetings and integrate your proposal into our 2025 growth plans.
  • By 12 Months:
    • Establish a scalable demand generation engine that consistently meets or exceeds self-service funnel targets.
    • Implement advanced attribution and tracking mechanisms to improve the accuracy of campaign performance insights.
