We anticipate opening additional Account Manager roles in EMEA over the coming months as our business continues to grow. At this stage, we’re proactively meeting experienced candidates and running initial recruiter and hiring manager conversations to assess alignment.

As roles formally open, we’ll move qualified candidates forward and communicate clearly about timing and next steps.

What we value

  • Clarity: You communicate expectations early and don’t leave customers or teammates guessing.

  • Ownership: You take responsibility for your accounts and follow things through to resolution.

  • Collaboration: You partner naturally across Sales, Customer Success, and Support to deliver a seamless experience.

  • Curiosity: You’re motivated to learn—about customers, our product, and how to continuously improve.

Some things you’ll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building strong, long-term relationships

  • Own renewals and retention strategy within your book of business

  • Identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities and partner with Sales to execute where appropriate

  • Stay informed on Customer.io product updates and industry trends to better advise customers

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role within a SaaS or technology environment

  • Experience managing renewals, retention, and revenue growth across an account portfolio

  • Comfort owning account strategy and identifying revenue opportunities independently

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Comfort working in CRM systems and managing pipeline and account data accurately

  • Located in the United Kingdom or Ireland

You’ll be successful in this role if you

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
