Systems Manager

In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.
CTEC is seeking a Systems Manager to join our team onsite with the client in Baltimore, MD
Job Duties:
The Systems Manager shall be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program websites/email addresses, related systems, security, and other supporting technologies associated with the TPM contract. This includes, but is not limited to, managing conceptualization, implementation, testing, quality, and timelines for all systems activities.
Education
- A Bachelor’s degree from a currently accredited institution in Computer Science or related technical field.
Experience
- Six (6) or more years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager with technical leadership in the analysis and design of computer systems and website design.
- Must have experience working with a variety of computer operating environments and computer packages and languages, experience in the analysis and design of complex system-wide information security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands, experience in technical leadership and people management, management of systems development tasks including establishing and defining programs, resources, and risks on medium-to-large projects focusing on data processing or systems design and development.
