In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.
CTEC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to join our remote team, with candidates located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Job Description: Serves as the primary support to the Program Manager in executing learning and development contracts. Coordinates day-to-day project activities, manages resource allocation, and ensures project milestones are met. Acts as liaison between project teams and senior management while maintaining compliance with federal contract requirements.
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of program management experience, including 3+ years in federal contract environments.
- Serves as manager support for the Training & Education and Technical and IT staff
- Designated Property Manager
- Strong background in instructional design project coordination and resource management
- Experience with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and federal reporting requirements
- Knowledge of federal training standards and Adult Learning principles (ADDIE, SAM methodology)
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance for government contract work
Clearance: Must be able to Obtain Public Trust Clearance.
