The Company has experienced rapid growth over the past 3 years and recently received a strategic investment from Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN). In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Workstream Lead to join our IRS team.
Overview:
The Workstream Lead is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of a designated workstream within the IRPD program. This role ensures alignment with customer goals, timely delivery of objectives, and effective collaboration across delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Oversight:
• Lead and manage the activities within the assigned workstream, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the workstream, facilitating clear communication with stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage subordinate staff, including management of performance management in compliance with company performance management policy. Participate in resource hiring, discipline and dismissal.
Planning and Execution:
• Develop and maintain detailed workstream plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork and effective problem-solving.
Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Prepare and present status reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within the agreed-upon scope, budget, and timeline.
• Conduct reviews and retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities for future initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, administrative management, or program support, preferably in a federal environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief leadership and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-impact tasks in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Clearance:
• Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) - IRS
