Revenue Development Representative

As a Revenue Development Representative at Cypress.io, you will leverage our organic growth channel and outbound strategy to help prospect and qualify opportunities for the sales team.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Contract Renewals: Work closely with the assigned AE to own the renewal process. Track and assess customer usage, identify at-risk accounts, and take proactive measures to stay ahead of contract expirations, initiating conversations early.
- Growth Strategy: Build SFDC reports to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process, partnering with the assigned AE to generate revenue.
- Manage Inbound Leads: Triage daily inbound leads from various marketing sources, including live chat. Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring leads are passed off to the appropriate team quickly. Supply feedback on lead quality and effectiveness to leadership as trends emerge.
- Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, renewal statuses, and account health in CRM systems.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- SaaS Experience: 1-2+ years of SaaS experience, bonus points for previous XDR, renewal, or account manager roles.
- Positive Team Player: You’re an energetic, upbeat, and tenacious team player that thinks outside of the box.
- Ownership & Drive: You thrive in ambiguity, knowing when to ask and when to act. You can juggle multiple tasks and prioritize them by revenue impact.
- Efficiency & Accuracy: You have strong organizational and time management skills and an eye for details.
- Professional Communicator: You’re able to explain value, pricing, and contract details in a clear and concise way.You lead with empathy in your client communications, but hold the line when needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Industry Experience: Experience selling into our ICP of developers, software engineers, and QA specialists.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with application testing and related tools, or a technical background in web applications.
- PLG Experience: Past success working in a Product Led Growth environment.
- Familiarity with the following tech stack: Salesforce CRM (especially the ability to build SFDC reports), Outreach, Hubspot MA, Linkedin Sales Navigator
Compensation: ($60-$80) Base Salary ($80k-$100k) OTE
