This role will report to the Senior Director, Commercial Learning & Development. Critical to this role is creating and leading the training strategy and curriculum for the patient services team and for other customer-facing teams to deliver an integrated customer centric experience. This individual will partner with the Customer Experience and Insights (CE&I) team and the Sales Leadership team to create training on all elements of the treatment experience. Also, this person will work closely with other members of the Commercial Learning & Development (CL&D) team on training for the Global Value Access and Distribution (GVAD) team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement a comprehensive pre-launch, launch, and post launch training curriculum for multiple commercial field teams on the treatment experience
- Develop and implement learning paths for multiple commercial field teams including new hire training, advanced training, and on-going /skills training
- Partner with the E&I and the patient services teams to create and facilitate learning for internal Cytokinetics employees on topics related to the patient services responsibilities, HUB, Specialty Pharmacies, Patient Support Programs, and Market Access
- Create, deliver, and sustain Ways of Working training for field teams to enable an integrated customer centric experience
- Partner collaboratively with regulatory, legal, and medical on the Promotional Material Review Committee (PMRC) review process
- Collaborates with CL&D colleagues to create and facilitate training for GVAD field teams
- Workshop development, organization, and facilitation at National Meetings and POAs
- Manage training content in the Learning Management System (LMS) and encourages others to use innovative tools and technology to enhance the learning experience and assists others with adopting new technology solutions
- Understand, apply, and remain current in adult learning principles and advanced facilitation skills to develop and execute the most effective learning programs
- Navigate comfortably through ambiguous situations and work on a resolution
- Responsible for collaborating with and managing agency partner to create and deliver training material
- Responsible for managing training budget
- Operate with integrity and comply with all Company policies and procedures
- Overnight travel of 25% may be required
- Position located in the Greater Philadelphia area (Radnor, PA)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree a plus
- 10+ years of industry and commercial experience
- At least 2 years in a HQ training role, product launch experience preferred
- Prior experience as a sales representative, navigator, and/or field reimbursement role preferred
- Background in nursing preferred
- Experience in adult learning principles and experience in developing curriculum in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent content development, communication, and facilitation skills as evidenced by high quality materials, communicating with different audiences, and learner satisfaction.
- Commitment to effective collaboration with key company stakeholders including sales, marketing, GVAD, and CE&I leadership
- Demonstrated integrity on the job, including an understanding and deep respect of relevant rules and regulations within the biopharma industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
