What You’ll Be Doing:
Your day-to-day will involve both independent work and team collaboration. You’ll support enterprise systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities:

Configure, monitor, and maintain networked systems, hardware, and software.

Perform advanced OS and software installations/upgrades.

Tune systems for optimal performance.

Lead system backup and recovery operations.
-
Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues.
-
Conduct audits to ensure system compliance with security and policy standards.

Evaluate existing systems and plan for future improvements.

Coach junior team members and occasionally lead task-based projects.

Train end users and assist with support requests.
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for a proactive problem solver with great communication skills and a passion for learning.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience

5+ years of system administration experience
- Certifications: ITILv4 AND either Security+ or CASP

Experience with:
-
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) / Thin Clients
-
Windows 10/11, Citrix, SCCM, SMS
-
Imaging and configuration of desktop environments

Peripheral support: printers, KVMs, VOIP phones, plotters, etc.

Strong documentation and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to lift and move computer equipment.

- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $100-115k.
