What You’ll Be Doing:

Your day-to-day will involve both independent work and team collaboration. You’ll support enterprise systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, monitor, and maintain networked systems, hardware, and software.

• Perform advanced OS and software installations/upgrades.

• Tune systems for optimal performance.

• Lead system backup and recovery operations.

• Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues.

• Conduct audits to ensure system compliance with security and policy standards.

• Evaluate existing systems and plan for future improvements.

• Coach junior team members and occasionally lead task-based projects.

• Train end users and assist with support requests.

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for a proactive problem solver with great communication skills and a passion for learning.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience

• 5+ years of system administration experience

• Certifications: ITILv4 AND either Security+ or CASP

• Experience with:

  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) / Thin Clients

  • Windows 10/11, Citrix, SCCM, SMS

  • Imaging and configuration of desktop environments

  • Peripheral support: printers, KVMs, VOIP phones, plotters, etc.

• Strong documentation and troubleshooting abilities.

• Ability to lift and move computer equipment.

• A team-first mindset and a desire to grow.

• Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $100-115k.
