Your Future Job

The Order Management Coordinator ensures accurate and efficient order processing while serving as the key liaison between customers and internal teams. This role balances service excellence with operational precision, resolving issues, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement to enhance fulfillment, compliance and customer satisfaction.

 

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate end-to-end order processing in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with customer-specific requirements
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal teams, providing timely updates on orders, product availability, and policies
  • Analyze customer scorecards and internal KPIs to identify service gaps and drive improvements in delivery, accuracy, and fulfilment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, and Demand Planning to resolve pricing, deductions, and fulfilment issues
  • Support inventory management, product launches, product transitions, and special event orders to meet business and customer needs
  • Process customer returns and credits efficiently, identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions
  • Facilitate onboarding of new accounts and maintain SOPs to enhance consistency and scalability across order management
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, EDI system issues, and compliance claims, ensuring long-term corrective actions
  • Deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries promptly and fostering strong customer relationships through a solution-oriented approach

 

Your Background

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field and two (2) years of experience in customer service, order fulfilment, sales support or supply chain operations, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Experience with ERP systems, EDI processes and vendor portals
  • Experience in food manufacturing, retail or wholesale distribution industries

  • Technically proficient and comfortable using digital tools, including ERP systems and vendor portals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships
  • Customer-focused with a tactful, solution-oriented approach to inquiries and issue resolution
  • Adaptable and resilient in a past-faced environment, with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of geographic markets across North & South America, Asia and Europe

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

Daiya’s compensation offerings are based on a pay-for-performance philosophy. The pay range for this position is from $55,000 – 65,000 annually/hourly; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent team members may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
