SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently handling the day-to-day operations in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and safety.
SHIFT TIME:
We are seeking to hire a Warehouse Associate to support our day-to-day operations. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), scheduled Monday - Friday, with the possibility of overtime based on business needs.

SALARY
- $22.00/per hour
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and Inspecting Goods: Unload, check, and verify incoming shipments for quality and quantity against purchase orders and invoices.
- Inventory Management: Stock racks, bins, pallets with products and materials. Maintain an organized inventory system to track stock levels and locations.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correct and safely packed to prevent damage.
- Shipping: Prepare shipping documentation, label packages, and coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Follow warehouse safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques, safe use of equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and product locations using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse associates, supervisors, and departments to meet operational goals and deadlines.
RELATED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends or overtime, as required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent lifting of packages weighing up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include noise, varying temperatures (up to -4 Celsius), and physical demands.
