Dalaco Steel, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented individual to join our growing team just outside Waukon, IA!

We supply, fabricate, and rent concrete supplies to the tri-state area, always prioritizing exceptional customer service and on-time deliveries.

What You'll Do:

As a Seasonal Warehouse & Fabrication Associate, you'll be a vital part of our operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Working effectively in a team atmosphere.
Being a self-starter and self-motivated individual.
Operating a forklift comfortably for warehouse tasks, including loading and unloading trucks.
Compiling orders and preparing them for shipping and/or delivery.
Assisting with making small deliveries as needed
Assisting walk-in customers and fulfilling their orders.
Fabricating rebar to customer specifications.
Performing warehouse maintenance and light mechanical work.
Maintaining and checking in/out rental equipment, forms, and stamps.
Performing any other tasks assigned to support and improve overall team operations.

What We're Looking For:

Ability to lift heavy objects (approximately 50 pounds).
A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
An ideal candidate has or is willing to obtain a CDL.
Previous concrete knowledge is preferred, but not required.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.

Job Details:

Job Type: Seasonal (April - December)
Schedule: 40-50 hours/week, no weekends!
Pay & Benefits: Based on experience and capabilities.
