Dark Burn Creative, a division of Trailer Park Group (TPG) is one of gaming's most prominent and growing entertainment marketing agencies, specializing in global content creation, trailers/promotions, and gameplay capture. We combine our creative storytelling expertise with large-scale production resources, uniquely positioning us to create, market, and distribute gaming content for our diverse client portfolio of top gaming development companies and major brands.

We are looking for a Freelance Account Supervisor who will seamlessly balance the clients’ needs with our drive to deliver bold, strategic and creative work that surprises and delights our target audiences.

Please note this position requires on-site/in-office work in Woodland Hills, California.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s perspective, industry and challenges, and effectively communicate these insights to internal teams to align strategies.
  • Collaborated with internal teams to manage client expectations, timelines, ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Generate and confirm the scope of work and deliverables list, providing clarity and accountability.
  • Orchestrates meetings between client and Dark Burn, fostering collaboration and alignment. 
  • Compile and prepare presentational materials for client delivery, ensuring professionalism and quality.
  • Provides supports in negotiating project scopes and addressing potential overages. 
  • Oversee the delivery of campaign deliverables and manage the approval process to ensure quality and alignment with client objectives.

About you:

  • You have at 5+ years of experience at an advertising agency. 
  • Experience within the gaming space is preferred - prior marketing agency experience is essential.
  • A love of all things video games important in this role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – must be able to demonstrate superior writing and grammar skills.
  • Enjoy a demonstrated track record of positive client and creative team relationships
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and imaginative; approachable, outgoing, and diplomatic
  • Available to work long hours when needed, especially under tight deadlines.

COMPENSATION:

Please note that the below range is payable via day rate (not hourly).  Also note that all freelance work is paid via W2 payroll at Trailer Park Group.
