Systems Integration Support Specialist
Chantilly, VA
Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Integration Support Specialist to assist an office focused on integrating data management, data science, and data engineering in forward deployed teams to drive the mission through data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Creating reports, briefings and placemats in a variety of formats, with inputs from staff leads and the relevant project teams.
- Creating and maintaining project briefings as needed.
- Coordinating and supporting meetings that include, but are not limited to, technical exchanges, kickoffs, cross-collaborations, and ad hoc sessions.
- Building PowerPoint briefings and presenting data at weekly division-level meetings and monthly program management review briefings upon request.
- Providing project management support and coordination on projects, to include strategy and roadmap development.
- Compiling information – both empirical and statistical – in support of program management and communications between multiple organizational components.
- Assessing the compiled information and provide summaries and details as-needed.
- Coordinating and working on various organizational data calls with staff and across project teams and support reporting statuses to management.
- Assisting staff leads with account creation requests and submitting and tracking tickets in the Systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with highly technical and senior personnel.
- Skilled in delivering clear and concise briefings to diverse audiences.
- Expert in optimizing business workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Proficient in written communication, including writing, proofreading, and using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce high-quality documents and presentations.
- Experienced in building comprehensive briefings and reports for various stakeholders.
- Adept at planning and hosting technical exchange meetings, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Experienced in planning and facilitating meetings at the leadership level, ensuring effective decision-making.
- Skilled in data collection and metrics analysis to generate insightful statistics on application and system usage.
- Proficient in issue management, knowledge management, and IT service request processes, ensuring timely resolution and efficient service delivery.
- Experienced with project management systems like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow, including monitoring and reporting on outages to maintain system stability.
- Proficient in utilizing JIRA methodologies such as Stories, Epics, and Initiatives for effective project management.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, requiring minimal supervision.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, demonstrated through creating a wide range of documents (reports, meeting minutes, point papers, memos, briefings, and ad hoc explanations) to ensure projects remain on track and achieve successful outcomes.
- US Citizen with an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proficient in relationship management and communication, fostering strong working partnerships.
- Familiar with the system accreditation workflows and tools, ensuring compliance and efficient processes.
- Experienced with the mission systems and applications, contributing to operational success.
- Skilled in utilizing data science and data engineering tools and methods for insightful analysis and solution development.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
This position is located in Chantilly, VA.
The estimated salary range for this position is $170,000.00 - $210,000.00, commensurate on Clearance, technical skillset and overall experience.
