About the Role:

Dashlane is looking for a seasoned Paid Social Marketing Manager with a focus in B2B demand gen, who will create a set of successful channel strategies, execute well-structured tests, roll-out successful Social campaigns, and optimize/track performance over time against a clear set of data-driven goals. You will have the opportunity to drive full-funnel tactics to build Brand Awareness, scale successful awareness and engagement strategies, and test across our Global product.

Location:

You will be based in our NYC office in a hybrid capacity with 3 days in our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Define strategy, manage, and efficiently scale customer acquisition across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other key paid social channels
  • Well-versed in paid social best practices, including channel-specific creative formats and best practices as well as platform-level metrics and reporting tools
  • Support the creation of testing and learning roadmaps, ongoing data analysis, and presenting results  
  • Launch and drive ABM strategies and tactics focusing on driving Brand Awareness and Engagement
  • Collaborate with Creative and Brand to produce top-performing ads and brainstorm new testing concepts
  • Work cross-functionally with global teams to develop, launch, and track high-impact integrated campaigns
  • Contribute to other team projects and initiatives, remaining flexible and willing to contribute
  • The position demands strong analytical, planning, and multi-tasking skills to achieve business objectives, as well as a keen marketing sense to maximize resonance with target audiences 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hand-on experience scaling paid social (LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook, Reddit, etc.)
  • Experience in B2B Social campaigns
  • Experience with ABM Strategy and video ads

We’re also looking for:

  • Additional experience with X (Twitter), Instagram, Quora, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social channels
  • Excellent analytical skills (Excel, Google Sheets) with incrementality testing experience and a data-driven mindset
  • Understanding of both pixel and mobile app measurement and tracking
  • Experience with creative teams to consistently build and optimize creative
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies
  • Ability to work autonomously or in a group setting, with a proactive approach
  • Cross-channel collaboration background and the ability to work with a variety of company stakeholders
  • Experience in other marketing channels and tools such as; 6sense and Tableau 

Salary Range:  $117,000 - $137,000 in base salary

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane. 

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners.  We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
