Are you a skilled DevOps engineer passionate about automating infrastructure and optimizing deployment pipelines? At Dashlane, we are looking for a dynamic IT DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us build and maintain robust, scalable systems. About the roleIn this role
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab), automating infrastructure with tools like Terraform and Kubernetes, and ensuring high availability and security of our cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline our software delivery processes and support continuous integration and deployment.
Location
You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with Tuesday being the company day, where we all collaborate in the office and have a company-sponsored meal, a department day for team bonding (will be Monday for your department), and a third day of your choice. We offer relocation support (national and international) for individuals who are already legally eligible to work in the European Union.
At Dashlane you will:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and deployment processes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our cloud environments.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to support continuous integration and delivery practices.
- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to maintain the health and performance of our infrastructure.
- Enhance security measures by developing and enforcing policies, procedures, and best practices for infrastructure and deployment.
- Optimize resource usage and cost-efficiency through effective cloud infrastructure management and scaling strategies.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of infrastructure documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role, with a strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools and Gitlab.
- 3+ years of experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible.
- 3+ years of experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- 3+ years of experience cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and cloud-native architectures.
- 3+ years of experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana.
We're Also Looking For:
- Experience with implementing and managing GitOps practices.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR).
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
