About the Role:

Dashlane is scaling our Growth Marketing Team and is looking for a results-driven Senior Manager of Demand Generation to help drive the execution of our B2B performance marketing engine. In this role, you'll take the lead on developing and optimizing Dashlane’s paid media strategy, testing new demand tactics, and collaborating cross-functionally to generate pipeline at scale.

Reporting into the VP of Growth Marketing, you’ll be responsible for all our  paid channels —search, display, LinkedIn, programmatic, content syndication affiliates and others — ratings and reviews, and in helping shape the customer journey with data-backed strategy and experimentation. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who has executed full-funnel B2B demand programs and is ready to take ownership of performance, while learning from and influencing a high-performing growth team.

Location-Specific Information:

You will be based in New York, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement. Tuesday is the company day, where we all collaborate in the office and have a company-sponsored meal, a department day for team bonding, and a third day of your choice.

At Dashlane you will:

  • Manage and optimize Dashlane’s paid media investment across core B2B channels (e.g., search, display, LinkedIn, programmatic, affiliates) to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns, including strategy development, execution, testing, and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as traffic, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline influence to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Work closely with the VP of Growth, as well as cross-functional teams in Sales, Product, and Finance, to align tactics with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with channel specialists, creative, and external agencies to bring messaging, landing pages, and offers to life.
  • Run ongoing A/B tests and funnel experiments to improve conversion and engagement across the customer journey.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our B2B martech stack (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo), including attribution and reporting solutions.
  • Stay current on demand gen trends, including AI-driven techniques, and bring new channel ideas or technologies to the table.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success launching and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Google/LinkedIn Ads.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to execute at scale.

We're also looking for:

  • Excitement about the cybersecurity space and curious about how businesses protect employee credentials.
  • Passion for digging into campaign performance to uncover patterns, surface insights, and improve ROI.
  • Focus on staying up to date on modern B2B marketing strategies, especially in AI, automation, and performance.
  • Clear and Confident communication, and where collaborating across teams to get things done is crucial.
  • Willingness to grow into a leadership role and make a tangible impact on pipeline and growth.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
