About the Role:

As a Revenue Operations Associate - Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Dashlane's revenue generation efforts. You will help support the success and scalability of our efforts and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing to analyze data, optimize processes, and drive strategic decision-making. 

In this role, you will act as a bridge between the marketing and revenue operations departments, optimizing communication and workflows to maximize ROI and align marketing & sales strategies with business objectives. You will be responsible for identifying, planning, and developing processes that provide operational oversight to the marketing teams to drive efficiency, ensure we comply with corporate standards, and improve our engagements and interactions. In addition to operational oversight, you will be heavily involved in data analysis and uncovering performance insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and identify areas for improvement.

 

At Dashlane you will:

  • Workflow optimization: Streamline processes and project coordination to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts to positively impact conversion rates and life cycle metrics.
  • Work stream quality monitoring & enhancements: Examine and improve key work streams including lead routing, lead scoring, account identification (i.e., TAM design & development), account segmentation principles, and campaign launches to identify immediate operational improvements and long-term efficiencies based on data-driven problem solving and industry best practices
  • Data analysis and reporting: Analyze various GTM data (leads / campaigns / deals) data to evaluate key performance indicator performance producing insightful recommendations and detailed dashboards / reports for stakeholders
  • Compliance and governance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry standards and company policies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Facilitate communication between GTM teams and other departments to align strategies and goals.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Marketing and/or Sales Operations Associate / Analyst or similar role
  • 1+ years as a CRM administrator, preferably Salesforce
  • 1+ years as a Marketing Automation platform user (administrator a plus), preferably Marketo & LeanData

 

We're Also Looking For:

  • Proven experience designing and managing GTM workflows, including data QA/QC and reporting within a Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) with the ability to leverage data to solve complex problems; experience with Tableau or BI tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to managing project lifecycles and cross-functional communication.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented attitude—ideally backed by 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment or a sales/customer-facing role.

Salary Range:  

The target total compensation (OTE) for this role is $100,000 – $115,000, which includes base salary and variable components

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane. 

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners.  We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.  

 

Location-Specific Information:

You will be based in New York with English as your working language. At Dashlane, we embrace a hybrid culture that combines the best of both worlds: the creativity and energy of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.
