Databento's biggest benefit is that we are 100% remote. You're welcome to walk the dog, go to the gym, pick up the kids from school, watch a movie, and so on... as long as you communicate what you're doing and finish your work by the end of the day. Databento is a team of less than 30 people, but we receive over 1,000 resumes per week. We also DON'T believe in using AI to screen resumes, because half of our team wouldn't have been shortlisted by an AI. We understand that the job market is cooked, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully review every single application by hand.
