The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and eager Cloud Engineer to assist in managing and maintaining cloud environments across AWS and Azure. The successful candidate will support both Windows and Linux systems, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure smooth cloud operations. This role will expose you to a variety of technologies and provide opportunities for professional growth within our cloud ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
- Support system administration tasks across Windows and Linux environments.
- Participate in infrastructure automation using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep.
- Implement cloud security best practices and manage IAM roles and permissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project delivery, incident response, and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience or familiarity with AWS, Azure, or both.
- Exposure to Windows or Linux system administration.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as VPCs, subnets, and DNS.
- Knowledge of cloud security fundamentals and IAM.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Bicep.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions, BitBucket Pipelines, or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Exposure to data warehousing concepts or implementations.
