  • Support go-to-market and customer activities: help sales teams understand the specific dynamics of different teams and divisions within HLS organizations, and act as a key advisor and evangelist with HLS prospects, customers and partners at all levels including executive engagements and external events.
  • Dive deeply into the specific needs of business, functional and operational domains within HLS organizations, including in areas you are not currently familiar with, to  identify key personas and use cases Dataiku can support.
  • Support the scaling of internal knowledge and client experiences by developing relevant material to share internally and externally.
  • Directly own the creation and execution of strategic plans to accelerate Dataiku’s impact within one or more priority subdomains.

AI Solutions Development: Play an active role in the development of Dataiku Solutions: compelling analytic and AI use-cases that accelerates how Dataiku solves real-world problems and directly addresses the domain specific needs of HLS teams. • Fuel and qualify the Solutions development pipeline through business experience, client workshops, market research, and partnership discussions.
  • Support the global push for existing and new Solutions by enabling internal teams, leading customer interactions, and building go-to-market material.

Who you are:

  • 10 years+ hands-on experience and deep understanding of analytics and transformation projects directly impacting several business lines within HLS organizations.
  • Direct experience and a clear grasp of the constraints and trade-offs faced by different teams within HLS organizations tackling data, analytic and AI challenges.
  • Able to clearly articulate the important impact that ‘mundane’ as well as ‘moonshot’ projects can have on individual teams’ productivity and business objectives.
  • Comfortable describing the continuum of ways in which data, analytics and AI can add value, from automation, pipelines and dashboards to machine learning and Generative AI.
  • Proven experience in developing familiarity with the needs and experiences of teams working on topics about which you are not already familiar, via self-driven research and insight.
  • Capable of building a direct and practical understanding of Dataiku’s specific value proposition for specific HLSteams.
  • Very strong experience in project management, capable of orchestrating multiple projects while supporting associated teams simultaneously. Hands-on by nature.
  • Proven track record working with diverse teams, and successfully engaging them on complex or specialized topics.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), able to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts to varied audiences.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
