With over 1,000 teammates across 25 countries and backed by a renowned set of investors, we’re the architects of Everyday AI, enabling data experts and domain experts to work together to build AI into their daily operations, from advanced analytics to Generative AI.The Field Marketing Specialist for JAPAN will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring marketing programs, especially our proprietary events and seminars, to support sales goals and accelerate pipeline growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, excellent project management skills, and a strong understanding of the Japanese market. It is a fixed-term 10-month contract.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Strategy and Planning

    • Develop and execute the proprietary event strategy for demand generation in the Japanese market, aligning it with global and regional marketing goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with the sales leaders and team to identify TAM, target accounts and create account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Event Management:
    • Plan and manage regional events such as conferences, trade shows, workshops, and webinars.
    • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and promotional activities to ensure successful event execution.
    • Promote each event using email, social media, and other digital marketing tactics to achieve a targeted number of registrations and attendees.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Provide the sales team with event briefing, contents from events, assets to follow, lead intelligence, and support to help them achieve their targets.
  • Partnerships and Alliances:
    • Work with strategic partners, resellers and alliances to co-market solutions and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and industry organizations in the region.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing events and seminars, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing events and seminars and improve ROI.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
    • Track and report on marketing expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events in JAPAN.
  • Strong understanding of the Japanese market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as marketing automation, CRM, and analytics software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Native Japanese speaker with advanced English proficiency, particularly strong in reading.
