
Head of Partners, APJ

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Head of Partners for the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region. This role is pivotal in accelerating regional growth by developing, executing, and scaling Dataiku’s partner ecosystem—particularly our channel reseller program and strategic systems integrators. You will serve as a key leader within both the APJ leadership team and the global partner organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive and exceed partner-sourced revenue and renewal targets across the APJ region.

Develop and execute a comprehensive regional partner strategy, encompassing all partner types and go-to-market routes, with an emphasis on resellers and key SIs.

Foster active partner engagement in customer accounts, contributing to a robust pipeline of joint sales opportunities.

Build sales and technical competencies within the partner ecosystem to drive demand and customer success.

Lead the design and execution of co-marketing initiatives and joint field activities that support demand generation and pipeline development.

Align internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, and Product to drive partner success.

Cultivate executive-level relationships with key partners and facilitate strategic engagement with Dataiku’s leadership team.

Lead and develop a high-performing partner team, supporting professional growth and career progression.

Collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional leaders to scale and optimize the partner ecosystem.

Represent Dataiku at industry events and conferences, championing our brand and core values.
Success Profile:

Proven success in building and scaling high-performing channel and reseller programs in the APJ region, contributing significantly to regional growth.

Deep understanding of modern AI/ML, data, and cloud technologies, with the ability to engage credibly with C-level executives.

Strong existing relationships within Dataiku’s key partner ecosystem, including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, and others.

Minimum 8 years of experience leading high-impact teams and building partnerships with resellers, software vendors, cloud providers, SIs, and consulting firms.

Collaborative and influential leadership style with a demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams and execute complex initiatives.
