Senior Partner Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Partner Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team in Singapore. This role will primarily support the Global Partner Organization (Partner Operations) team by providing insights, operational support, and strategic guidance to help drive data-driven processes to various teams across the company and improve performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales processes, partner engagement tools and overall operational efficiency, with a focus on leveraging data to optimize partner engagement and sales performance. You will support the internal partner operations team to maintain organization-wide data quality and complete joint projects with revenue operations. You are excited to work in a fast-paced organization and excels at deriving insights from data, solving problems, driving process optimization and change management as well as naturally curious, good verbal and written communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.
What you’ll do:
You will work closely with the Partnerships teams to help identify business problems and solve them using ad-hoc data analyses or long-term data-driven solutions that you’ll create and implement. You will own the projects and manage them from the requirement gathering stage to the delivery of the technical solution and communication to stakeholders. In this role you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments within the organization including Analytics, Revenue Operations, Services Operations and others.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Partner Operations Director to design and develop automated processes that improve scalability and efficiency across partner operations.
- Build and maintain dashboard in existing platforms (Salesforce, Airtable, Anaplan, Gsheet, Dataiku, etc.) to provide clear visibility into key metrics and performance trends
- Support Partner Managers with quick ad-hoc analysis, data-driven insights, and business recommendations
- Document new and existing projects (Gsheet, Highspot, Recordings) to ensure clarity, consistency and organization-wide accessibility
- Support enablement of partner related tools & operational processes to drive better adoption
- Own and enhance analysis and dashboards to manage team performance, partner performance and overall partner operations
Who you are:
- You have excellent analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
- You have solid working knowledge of data analysis along with related tools and techniques such as Excel, Anaplan, Dataiku , Tableau, etc.
- You have strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts.
- You have a resourceful mindset towards technologies with a willingness to proactively explore and test new solutions
- You are curious and have the ability to quickly learn and understand the vocabulary, concepts, and key requirements of various fields of activity.
- You have a track record of successful project management, execution, multi-tasking and collaboration with cross-functional teams
