Context & Mission
As Dataiku scales, we are looking for a new member in our IT team to accompany Dataiku's growth.
The main responsibility for this role is to be the owner of the IT Processes and Knowledge Base, allowing us to collectively reach higher levels of reliability, quality and collaboration.
You’ll collaborate closely with every part of the company’s IT organization : IT Support, Operations and Security, Infrastructure, Systems teams (People, Finance, Business) - to optimize and align practices among them.
What you will do
IT Processes
- Scope: Change Management, Incident Management, Project Management (PM)
- Improve and strengthen our processes, following industry best practices/framework (eg: ITIL) and adapted to Dataiku’s context and ways of working
- Lead the application on the field: be a support for teams involved in the process, act as a facilitator, organize periodic meeting, ensure the tools are well configured and easy-to-use
- Configuration of the tools used to support the processes (ITSM, PM)
- Continuous improvement based on your judgement and team’s feedback
Knowledge
- Knowledge Management - define process, map responsibilities and tools to use
- Knowledge Base - set and met objectives (eg: completeness, keep up-to-date)
- System Integration Map - build and maintain a map of existing integration between Application and Systems
What success looks like
First 3 months
- Fully onboarded members of the IT team (get to know the teams, the tools)
- Working closely with IT Support and IT Operations, suggesting and implementing improvements in the processes
- Review of our current Knowledge Base
First 6 months
- Solidify our processes and be a mentor on Change/Incident/Project management
- Onboarded in our tools management (ITSM, PM)
- Help deliver visible improvement in our Knowledge base
- Validate a plan to build the integration map
First year
- Leader and referent for IT processes - among all teams composing the IT function
- Robust Knowledge Management process in place
- Build and maintain an up-to-date version of the Integration Map
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in the IT fields - covering at least some of the assignments listed in this position
- Genuine interest in IT processes & Knowledge management - and their practical application
- You are
- process-oriented, methodic, and enjoy keeping things well-organized
- enjoy being a facilitator, design solution in a collaborative manner
- a doer, proactive, looking to have an impact on the team
Nice to have
- Experience managing an ITSM platform and/or Project Management tool
- Experience with System Integration Mapping
- Interest in Automation and Generative AI
- Certification (ITIL, Project Management)
