Drive growth within Dataiku’s Global Partner Organization
As a Strategic Alliances Director, you will build and lead the strategy for our most important global technology partners across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ. Your goal is simple: create a win-win-win environment for our partners, Dataiku, and our customers. You will be the primary driver behind growing our sales pipeline, securing new bookings, and launching joint solutions that show the world what’s possible with Enterprise AI.
We are looking for a sharp communicator who can hold their own in a C-suite boardroom, dive into technical details with engineers, and move projects forward across global teams.
What You’ll Do
- Build Joint Plans: Create and run business plans with tech partners that directly increase revenue, market awareness, and new sales opportunities.
- Drive the Sales Pipeline: Lead and develop global account mapping frameworks/lists, enabling regional partner sales leads to execute consistently and successfully. Provide directional leadership to regional partner sales leads (dotted line) to drive consistent global execution against alliance priorities.
- Run Executive Reviews: Lead regular business reviews with leadership to highlight wins, flag risks, and make key decisions.
- Create Solutions: Work with our software and consulting partners to build "ready-to-use" solutions that solve specific industry problems.
- Maximize Events: Turn major industry conferences (like AWS re:Invent or Snowflake Summit) into engines for new meetings and deals.
- Enable Teams: Ensure both our partners and our internal teams have the training and materials they need to sell Dataiku effectively.
- Collaborate Globally: Work across time zones and departments—from Marketing to Product—to keep our partnerships healthy and productive.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5–7 years in Cloud, Software (ISV), or Consulting, specifically focused on data, AI, or analytics.
- Partnership Track Record: Proven success in alliance management or business development. You’ve successfully launched joint products or offers before.
- Tech Literacy: You understand the modern data stack, including cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or NVIDIA.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, or a related field (MBA or Master’s is a plus).
- Travel: Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.

- Pipeline Growth: More high-quality leads sourced through your partners.
- Revenue Impact: Increase in new annual recurring revenue (ARR) tied to your partnerships.
- Go-to-Market Expansion: More ways for customers to buy from us (Marketplace, Resell, Co-sell).

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.

US only national base pay ranges
$265,000 - $310,000 USD
