Dataiku is The Universal AI Platform™, giving organizations control over their AI talent, processes, and technologies to unleash the creation of analytics, models, and agents. Providing no-, low-, and full-code capabilities, Dataiku meets teams where they are today, allowing them to begin building with AI using their existing skills and knowledge.

The Opportunity:

AI is transforming every industry — and Dataiku is helping the world’s leading enterprises make it work in the real world.

Dataiku is the Platform for AI Success, enabling organizations to turn AI into measurable business performance. As a late-stage AI company trusted by many of the world’s largest organizations, we’re entering a new phase of growth and global market visibility.

Over the past year, we’ve significantly operationalized and scaled Dataiku’s global social media presence. Now we’re looking for someone who can build on that momentum and take our global social and employee advocacy programs to the next level.

Brand awareness, audience engagement, and executive voice on social platforms are company priorities this year, making this role highly visible across the organization. We’ve also recently completed a major brand refresh, introducing a new visual identity and sharper positioning for the market. Social media will play a critical role in bringing that narrative to life. You’ll work closely with teams across Growth & Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, PR, Field Marketing & Events, and executive thought leadership to ensure Dataiku shows up consistently, strategically, and confidently across social channels.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Global Communications and sits within the Global Communications team led by the VP of Brand and Corporate Marketing.

You will own day-to-day execution of the global social program while helping elevate executive voice, amplify major company moments, and strengthen employee participation across social channels.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone with enterprise tech experience who wants to help shape the public voice of a fast-growing AI company.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Social Strategy & Editorial:

  • Own and manage Dataiku’s global social media strategy and editorial calendar.

  • Lead content across priority platforms, with LinkedIn as the primary channel, alongside YouTube, X, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, positioning, and audience priorities.

  • Identify opportunities for experimentation, platform expansion, and growth.

Executive and Thought Leadership:

  • Partner with senior leadership to elevate executive presence on social platforms.

  • Draft posts and commentary for executives and priority internal voices.

  • Develop amplification strategies for thought leadership content, including Thought Leader Ads in partnership with paid social teams.

Employee Advocacy & Talent Brand:

  • Lead and scale employee advocacy and social selling initiatives.

  • Enable employees across the company to amplify key company moments.

  • Partner with recruiting and people teams to strengthen employer brand visibility.

Campaigns, Launches & Key Moments:

  • Lead social activation for product launches, research releases, flagship events, and integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with global marketing, PR, regional teams, and design to ensure strong amplification across regions.

  • Support onsite social coverage at key industry events.

  • Monitor and engage with audiences to maintain a credible and responsive brand presence.

  • Surface insights and feedback from social audiences to inform marketing and communications strategy.

Platform Ownership & Marketing Enablement:

  • Own and optimize Dataiku’s Sprout Social platform, including governance, tagging, and reporting.

  • Provide training and best practices to global and regional marketing teams.

  • Share insights to improve social content performance across the company.

Qualifications:

  • 4–5+ years of experience managing social media or communications programs in B2B technology or enterprise software.

  • Experience managing brand accounts on LinkedIn and major social platforms. Bonus for running a LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads campaign.

  • Strong writing and editorial skills, including drafting posts for executives.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, PR, and leadership teams.

  • Comfort using data and metrics to guide social strategy.
  • Experience with Sprout Social or similar social media management platforms.
