Dataiku is looking for a Social Impact Specialist to join our Sustainability & Social Impact team. In this role, you will contribute to the deployment of our social impact strategy across employee and community engagement, volunteering and DEI. You will work cross-functionally with multiple departments to support projects and initiatives, with a global scope.
Core Experience
- Social Impact & Employee Engagement: Experience designing and leading corporate social impact programs that mobilise employees (e.g., volunteering, skills-based initiatives, community partnerships).
- DEI Strategy & Implementation: Ability to help develop and operationalise DEI initiatives within a company, embedding inclusion across programs, policies, and employee experiences.
- Program Leadership: Strong ability to structure, launch, and manage global initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement.
Strategic & Analytical Capabilities
- Impact Measurement: Experience defining KPIs, tracking program impact, and translating insights into strategic improvements.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with data and metrics to inform engagement, inclusion, and social impact decisions.
- Storytelling & Communication: Ability to translate impact into clear narratives for employees, leadership, and external stakeholders.
Environment & Mindset
- Global Corporate Environment: Experience working in international companies with cross-functional teams across regions and time zones.
- Tech & AI Literacy: Curiosity and understanding of how technology and AI can be leveraged for social impact and responsible innovation.
- Autonomy & Collaboration: Ability to operate proactively in a fast-moving environment while collaborating with teams such as HR, ESG, and Communications.
