We're looking for an AI Healthcare & Life Science Solutions Consultant to join Dataiku’s Business Solutions department with a strong focus on supporting US business expansion. The role reports to the Health & Life Science Sr. Director. Your mission will be undertaken in close partnership with Dataiku’s broader Business Solutions team, including the Life Sciences Solution AI Engineers, as well as with Dataiku’s core teams: Sales, Customer, Partnership, Product and R&D.

You will support three essential missions: 

(1) Feed our strategic vision towards Healthcare & Life Sciences and how to further accelerate  our growth in this industry. This will involve developing a deep understanding of Dataiku’s footprint, strong convictions as to analytics, ML and agent value for priority domains, current and target positioning in the ecosystem, and supporting the right plans to meet our ambitions. 

(2) Be a  Dataiku SME on Healthcare & Life Sciences, and act as a gap bridger between precise industry needs, AI and Dataiku as a product. You will directly support clients and prospects as a trusted expert and support the development of the right assets and engagement support to boost GTM effectiveness in Life Sciences. In practice, you will:

  • Support sales and customer activities on Life Sciences: help customer dynamics understanding, act as a key spokesperson for prospects and customers, supporting executive engagement building. 
  • Articulate the specific value proposal of Dataiku for Life Sciences, and enable internal client facing teams in its articulating. 
  • Leverage the capitalization of internal knowledge and client experiences on Life Sciences (adoption stories, use-cases, …) and contribute to development of relevant material.
  • Boost Dataiku’s visibility on Life Sciences as an industry, as well as engage in the  execution of an impactful thought-leadership strategy. 
  • Drive high impact Customer Engagements with key decision makers in Healthcare & Life Sciences accounts. 

(3) Contribute to  the identification, scoping, and successful roll out of Dataiku Solutions aligned to Healthcare and Life Sciences needs, with the goal of maximizing Dataiku’s value delivery. 

  • Fuel the Solutions development pipeline through business experience, client workshops, market watch, partnership discussions. 
  • Partner with the Solutions taskforce (Product, R&D, UX, Partnerships, Data Scientists …), jointly with the HLS Sr. Director,  in ensuring prompt development of  relevant projects, which could include: off-the-shelf solution design, customer-specific solutions, feature and application development, …
  • Support general push on AI Solutions offering by contributing to  relevant documents, to enablement of teams, to customer interactions, to GTM material, …

Who you are:

  • 10+ years experience in Healthcare and/or in Life Sciences, with a confirmed appetite for data, analytics and AI impact in the sector. You have worked within Healthcare and/or Life Science organizations, preferably in the US, and have owned the successful delivery of AI projects or built technology towards this objective. 
  • You have a preciseunderstanding of Healthcare & Life Sciences value chain, including complex processes and regulations involved in health provider organizations like large hospital networks or specialized care centers and health payers, sophisticated frameworks embedded in pharma companies from R&D and Clinical Operations teams to sales force effectiveness.
  • You have the capacity to adjust your communication to experts and non experts. You are passionate about people empowerment with data and AI. 
  • Strong Business Development mindset: you understand the ins and outs of software acquisition, and are able to support plans towards business development ambitions. Experience in acquiring software in a Healthcare or Life Sciences organization and managing vendor relationship will be a plus.
  • Solid solution management experience, with the capacity to outline user journeys, scope use-case, and support development end-to-end including organizing customer co-builds, testing and reviews. You will be involved in conducting detailed feature/solution scoping and validation. 
  • Precise and effective in describing the continuum of ways in which data, analytics and AI can add value, from automation, pipelines and dashboards to machine learning and Generative AI. You have good understanding of agents and are able to project their potential as well as  evaluate their ROI.
  • Proven track record working with diverse teams, and successfully engaging them on complex or specialized topics.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), able to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts to varied audiences.
  • Based in AMERICAS and able to travel both within that region (20% of the time) and occasionally  to other continents .
