
Enterprise Account Manager

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow a named book of business within the enterprise segment, covering organizations with $1B–$5B in revenue. In this quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role, you will drive customer retention and expansion across existing Dataiku accounts and pursue high-potential net-new opportunities to grow your customer base.
You’re customer-obsessed and deliver technical and business outcomes. You’ll take a land-and-expand approach: build strong stakeholder relationships, map the account, uncover whitespace, and lead the transition to our new support model to drive adoption and growth.
What you’ll do:
- Retain & grow customers: drive adoption and value realisation, identify risk early, and protect renewals.
- Deeply understand your assigned customers and develop a strategy to identify and engage with all buying centres
- Acquire new customers: convert inbound and execute selective, repeatable outbound motions to grow the number of customers in your territory.
- Maintain strong forecast accuracy, CRM hygiene, and deal execution across your pipeline.
- Lead internal alignment for your territory with Renewal Managers, ADRs, CSEs, SEs, Partner Managers and Services.
- Lead exec alignment: run QBRs/QSRs and align internal teams to deliver outcomes

- Partner-first operator who aligns internal teams and partners to deliver outcomes and growth.
- Ownership: driving yourself and aligning others, like the business is yours: pipeline to close.
- Credible trusted advisor to educate prospects and customers on the value of AI and analytics solutions
- Ability to tackle hard problems alongside great people, using AI to create measurable impact.
- Ability to engage with Line-of-Business stakeholders to uncover critical business pains, moving beyond purely technical IT discussions.
Experience:
- Proven closing experience in B2B SaaS (or similar), owning pipeline end-to-end
- Track record of driving renewals and expansion within a book of business
- Confident with structured discovery, qualification, and repeatable prospecting motions
- Experience selling into Health Care and Life Sciences is an added bonus!
The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.

US only national base pay ranges
$150,000 - $160,000 USD
