Providing no-, low-, and full-code capabilities, Dataiku meets teams where they are today, allowing them to begin building with AI using their existing skills and knowledge.

As a Program Manager for Global GTM Enablement at Dataiku, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we generate pipeline and enable our Business Development team for success.

You’ll design and deliver impactful programs that fuel our top-of-funnel motion and support our GTM priorities. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Reps (BDRs), their Global VP, and partners across GTM and Revenue Operations to ensure our teams have the tools, processes, and training they need to succeed—every step of the way.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility individual contributor role where you’ll blend strategic planning with hands-on delivery. Your work will directly influence how we grow our pipeline and evolve how we go-to-market.

At Dataiku, enablement is at the heart of sales excellence. If you’re passionate about building programs that drive measurable impact, love the challenge of enabling global teams, and want to play a key role in scaling our GTM motion—this is your opportunity.

How you'll make an impact

  • Drive GTM alignment by directly connecting our BDR enablement strategies to GTM priorities ensuring every enablement initiative supports the broader business.
  • Build and deliver enablement programs that fuel pipeline generation in step with our PG calendar and campaign priorities.
  • Own and evolve core enablement assets, including managing “Playbooks”, “WinKits” and maintaining a “library of excellence” full of top-performing call recordings, outreach templates, and sales snippets.
  • Introduce and scale AI/Agentic AI use cases that enhance BDR workflows, drive productivity, and elevate performance.
  • Partner with onboarding leads to ensure BDRs hit the ground running—and keep leveling up—with always-on enablement and check-in systems.
  • Create scalable systems that make enablement seamless and impactful across our global enablement infrastructure, including close collaboration with content marketing.
  • Lead insightful enablement sessions and workshops (virtual or in-person) that ensure teams perform at their best.
  • Analyze performance data, gather feedback, and continuously improve training strategies to maximize ROI and results.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • 5+ years in sales, sales enablement, training, or sales ops roles—ideally with a focus on Business Development in a tech, data science, or cloud environment.
  • 3+ years of project management experience managing cross-functional, global initiatives
  • Experience working closely with Business Development teams and understand the nuances of tech sales. You’re familiar with sales methodologies like Value Selling or Customer-Centric Selling
  • Track record of success in building and scaling enablement programs
  • Ability to think strategically and also execute, including the ability to deliver enablement programs with measurable outcomes
  • Track adoption, analyze training effectiveness, and present clear ROI to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across GTM, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams—especially in a global context
  • Utilize tools including Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Gong, Mindtickle, and HighSpot
  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is a plus
  • Support enablement events, including domestic and/or international travel up to 15%

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
