BI Lead - ACWS
All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution.
BI Lead Summary: Leads operational reporting, dashboard development, analytics, metric definitions, secure reporting, and transition of BI assets and data sources.
Required Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field

7+ Years in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, visualization, or data warehousing.

Comp Tia Sec+ certified and SAP Business Objects, Qlik or related BI certification
-
Experience leading BI delivery with SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik, Power BI, Appian, or similar tools
-
Experience supporting acquisition, contracting, financial, and enterprise mission systems.

Active Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Army or DoD enterprise systems, Appian-first design approaches, data architecture, and long-range modernization planning
- Experience modernizing legacy capabilities in Appian, supporting federal acquisition or contract writing workflows, and using an Appian-first approach across shared IL5/IL6 codebases is highly desired
Responsibilities:

Lead BI strategy, reporting governance, dashboards, and analytics

Manage report inventory, rationalization, validation, and modernization

Translate stakeholder needs into reporting products

Coordinate data quality, testing, user acceptance, and production support

Improve automated reporting and decision support.

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
DSA - Salary Pay Range
$140,000 - $150,000 USD
