What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead the strategy, implementation, and management of our enterprise systems integration, connecting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Coupa, NetSuite, and HighRadius. This role will oversee a team responsible for designing and maintaining a robust integration architecture, ensuring operational efficiency, data accuracy, and scalability across procurement, financials, and accounts receivable processes. The IT Director will drive the adoption of an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), with a potential focus on MuleSoft, to unify these systems and support business objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive integration strategy for Oracle EBS, Coupa, NetSuite, and HighRadius, aligning with business goals such as cost optimization, process efficiency, and financial visibility.
  • Evaluate and recommend integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Celigo, Workato, Oracle Integration Cloud) based on scalability, cost, and technical fit.
  • Lead the end-to-end integration process, from architecture design to deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and performance of Oracle EBS (financials, inventory), Coupa (procurement), NetSuite (ERP/CRM), and HighRadius (AR automation).
  • Ensure real-time data synchronization and consistency across systems, defining the "source of truth" for key data elements (e.g., vendors, invoices, payments).
  • Direct the phased implementation of integrations (e.g., Coupa-NetSuite, NetSuite-Oracle, HighRadius tie-ins), ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Leverage prebuilt connectors and APIs while overseeing custom development where necessary (e.g., HighRadius integration).
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, reporting progress to senior leadership.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Manage a team of integration architects, developers, and system administrators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Provide technical guidance on API development, data mapping, and workflow automation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants (e.g., MuleSoft partners) as needed.
  • Establish monitoring tools and dashboards to track integration health, system performance, and data integrity.
  • Implement security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, SOX) across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and proposing enhancements.
  • Partner with finance, procurement, and operations leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for initiatives.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 10+ years in IT leadership, with 5+ years managing enterprise system integrations.
  • Proven track record of integrating ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, NetSuite) with SaaS platforms (e.g., Coupa, HighRadius).
  • Hands-on experience with an iPaaS solution; MuleSoft expertise (Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity) strongly preferred.
  • Prior success leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-system projects.
  • Deep understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data mapping, and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS, NetSuite SuiteTalk, Coupa APIs, and HighRadius workflows.
  • Knowledge of hybrid IT environments (on-premises and cloud).
  • Experience with monitoring tools and integration metrics (e.g., MuleSoft CloudHub, custom dashboards).

What Helps You Stand Out

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business perspectives.
  • Leadership prowess to inspire and manage a high-performing IT team.
  • Experience with AI-driven tools (e.g., HighRadius) and procurement analytics (e.g., Coupa).
  • Prior work in industries like healthcare, finance, or tech with similar tech stacks.
  • Familiarity with alternative iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, etc.) for comparative analysis.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
