Position Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to create and drive the recruiting lifecycle while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. This role will be collaborating with hiring managers and leadership to understand the company's needs, culture, and long-term goals and attract talent to align to these. The partner is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the full hiring process, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role includes identifying talent in technical and non-technical areas, leveraging multiple sourcing channels, conducting interviews, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Utilize varied sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, direct sourcing, and innovative outreach techniques, to attract top-tier talent.
- Track and analyze sourcing and recruiting metrics to refine strategies, optimize efficiency, and enhance communication effectiveness.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process while setting clear expectations at every step.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams, ensuring a structured and efficient process.
- Maintain strong candidate communication, providing timely updates and feedback to enhance engagement and experience.
- Keep accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with company hiring policies and legal guidelines. We currently utilize Greenhouse.
- Create dashboards and reports for hiring leaders, offering insights into sourcing effectiveness, candidate pipeline trends, and process bottlenecks.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2+ years in a SaaS or high-growth tech company.
- Strong sourcing expertise
- Data-driven mindset, leveraging metrics to track recruiting performance and inform hiring decisions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and build credibility with hiring leaders and teams.
- Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Passionate about technology and innovation, with an interest in how automation and AI can improve recruitment outcomes.
- Strong commitment to candidate experience, treating every applicant with respect, transparency, and integrity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling job postings and messaging.
- Preference: ability to work hybrid, Tuesday-Thursday in the NYC office
