Marketing/Press Intern

David Zwirner recherche, pour sa galerie parisienne, un stagiaire à temps plein, qui assistera le responsable du Marketing et de la Communication dans ses opérations quotidiennes. Les candidats qualifiés devront être très organisés, proactifs, et motivés. Une expérience antérieure dans une galerie, auprès de salariés dont les missions principales étaient liées au marketing et/ou à la presse est un plus.

Représentant actuellement environ 90 artistes et estates, David Zwirner est actif dans le marché primaire et secondaire. Depuis son ouverture en 1993 dans le quartier de Soho à New York, la galerie a accueilli des expositions avant-gardistes à travers une grande variété de médiums et de genres. La galerie a joué un rôle crucial dans la promotion des carrières des artistes les plus influents travaillant de nos jours tout en maintenant une représentation au long terme d’un large groupe d’artistes et d’estates internationaux.

COMMUNICATION/PRESSE

  • Assister dans la production de revues de presse média, à la fois internes et externes (pour des studios d’artistes et estates)
  • Assister à la veille presse et au clipping de la presse relative à tous les artistes et estates de la galerie
  • Maintien et prospection des contacts presse de la galerie
  • Entretien de nos archives presse, tant digitales qu'imprimées.



EVENT SUPPORT

  • Assister dans sur des événements presse : press previews, événements publics et privés (conférences données par les artistes et les commissaires d’expos, walkthroughs des expositions, dédicaces de livres, cocktails et plus).
  • Entretien de nos documents RSVP pour les événements publics et semi-privés de la galerie
  • Assister dans l’organisation d’événements publics et semi-privés, élaboration de documents de déroulement d’événements, coordination avec les prestataires et lieux des événements, etc.
  • Préparation des fournitures et outils nécessaires aux événements : trombinoscopes, plans de table.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Vif intérêt et grande connaissance du monde de l’art contemporain,
  • Importante attention au détail, autonomie et capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches et projets simultanés. Nous recherchons quelqu'un ayant une grande capacité d'organisation et de rationalisation,
  • Maîtrise du logiciel Excel et suite Adobe demandée,
  • Capacité à communiquer de manière efficiente en personne, au téléphone et par email,
  • Attitude positive,
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais requise.
