About the Opportunity
Digital Editorial Intern
David Zwirner seeks a highly motivated Digital Editorial Intern to work with and support the gallery’s Digital Content team in New York. Ideal candidates will have experience in and strong interest in contemporary art, arts media, and digital content creation.
Qualified candidates should be highly personable, organized, motivated, and responsible, with an interest in gaining experience in the daily operations of a contemporary art gallery.
What you’ll do:
- Build and upload content on davidzwirner.com.
- Maintain evergreen content on davidzwirner.com.
- Work with the Web Production & Web Development teams to track and troubleshoot bugs on davidzwirner.com.
- Assist the Web Production team with ongoing site optimization projects.
- Provide research & project support for Content team initiatives.
- Support Content for Dialogues: The David Zwirner podcast, including research, audio proofing, and other aspects of pre and post-production.
- Help compile any needed web or podcast analytics.
- Competitor research to help the team continue to innovate.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned.
What we would like you to have:
- Fluency with Content Management Systems, Photoshop, G-Suite, and Notion.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- The ability to multitask, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The Ability to exercise diligence and discretion, be extremely organized, and possess a strong sense of time management.
- An interest in contemporary art and the gallery’s program.
The internship runs from approximately September 14th - December 18th, 2026. The hours are 10AM – 6PM, 3 days a week. To ensure that our interns have a well-rounded and educational experience, we ask for a commitment of 3 months. All interns are paid NYC minimum wage of $17/hour. All candidates must be residents of NY, NJ, or CT. No lodging or commuting expenses will be provided
