Senior Learning Systems Manager
As the Senior Learning Systems Manager at Bezos Academy, you are responsible for the ongoing administration of our learning technology platform and systems. Bezos Academy aims to nurture the potential in every child to become a creative leader, original thinker, and lifelong learner by increasing access to early childhood education in under-resourced communities. To support this mission, our professional learning programs develop our staff who are dedicated to creating high-quality environments in classrooms or across the organization where the needs of children always come first.

You will lead solution design and support for our learning management system (LMS), Docebo, including content production workflow, data pipelines, and overall technical architecture. You will join our Learning Design and Technology Team whose mission is to enable our customers to create quality, high-impact adult learning experiences through innovative design, engaging media, and scalable technology. You will work closely with product managers, program managers, instructional designers, media producers, software developers, instructors, and leaders across the organization.
You thrive in a high-growth environment, build relationships easily, respond to inquiries thoroughly, meet your deadlines, and take pride in maintaining incredibly high standards. You will leverage your experience managing learning systems and solutions, drawing on your track record of successfully launching new tools and technologies to support innovation in adult learning. Your success in this role will enable hundreds of teachers and staff members each year to participate in concurrent training programs—each designed to uphold a high standard of quality and a spirit of innovation. We will measure our accomplishments through classroom and organizational impact, with a keen eye toward data and continuous improvement.
