Senior Policy & Project Manager
As the Senior Policy and Project Manager at Bezos Academy, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of school-facing policies and operational frameworks that ensure compliance, instructional excellence, and scalable operations across our network of Montessori-inspired preschools in under-resourced communities offered at no cost to families.
You will own high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from inception through execution and post-implementation learning, partnering closely with school leaders and national support teams to drive alignment across functions and ensure consistent, coordinated execution. In addition, you will maintain and manage the organization's policy library, ensuring all organizational policies, both school-facing and internal, are current, clearly documented, and easy to access, while partnering with functional owners to support timely updates.
In this role, you will analyze data, identify gaps, and translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen school operations and the family experience while supporting a resource-efficient operating model. Your work will shape policies, calendars, and playbooks that enable our schools to thrive while meeting regulatory requirements. If you are passionate about early childhood education and energized by solving complex, system-level challenges that improve outcomes for children and families, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful, large-scale impact.
