Role Overview: Remote Associate Mental Health Therapist
We are seeking associate mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy services to students throughout Virginia. As a Remote Associate Mental Health Therapist, you will deliver high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success.
We are currently accepting the following license type: Supervisee in Social Work (SSW). Supervision is FREE to all associates who meet our caseload requirements.
At this time, we're primarily seeking clinicians who have completed between 500-2,500 supervision hours.
What You’ll Do
- Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students district partnerships
- Build trusted relationships with students and their families.
- Collaborate closely with school counselors and other providers to support student mental health.
- Provide psychoeducation and guidance to parents/caregivers.
- Participate in case consultations, team discussions, and ongoing training.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Daybreak Health’s clinical programs.

- Excellent Pay: We offer $35 per session for individual therapy (Ages 10-19) and $45 per session for family therapy (Ages 5-12), with guaranteed payment for late cancellations and no-shows.

- Availability for at least 15 hours weekly during peak hours (Monday-Friday, 2-8 PM), with optional weekend hours available (8 AM-5 PM).
