Key Benefits

- $70-$80 for individual sessions with clients ages 10-19
- $85-$95 for family therapy sessions with clients ages 5-12 years old
- The rate depends on caseload size
- Additional $5 per session for clinicians who can provide therapy in another language
- Additional $5 for those licensed in another state where we have operations
- Guaranteed pay for cancellations and no-shows
- Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday (3-8 PM) with optional weekends
- Zero Administrative Burden: We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling so you can focus on care

Qualifications
- Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPC, or LMFT credentials in the State of Virginia
- Spanish fluency preferred: Ability to conduct therapy sessions in Spanish is highly desirable to better serve our Spanish-speaking students and families. English-only speakers are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings
- Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity
- Availability for at least 5 hours weekly during peak hours (3-8 PM M-F)
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students ages 5-19
- Choose your specialty: family therapy (ages 5-12), individual therapy (ages 10-19), or both
- Build trusted relationships with students and families
- Collaborate with school counselors and other providers
- Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers
- Contribute to the development of clinical programs
Minimum caseload: 5 sessions per week
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
