We are seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy services to students throughout California. As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will deliver high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success.

Key Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: $70–$90 per session, with guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations. Your rate is based on caseload size, language skills, and licenses held in other states where we operate.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT credentials in the State of California
  • Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings
  • Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity
  • Availability for at least 5 hours weekly during peak hours (3-8 PM M-F)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
  • Build trusted relationships with students and families
  • Collaborate with school counselors and other providers
  • Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers
  • Contribute to the development of clinical programs
