You're an LMHCA or LCSWA in the Asheville area who wants meaningful part-time remote work with youth, without sacrificing pay stability or clinical growth. Asheville's behavioral health community is tight-knit and motivated — and students across North Carolina need quality school-based mental health support.

The Work

You'll provide teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, working alongside school counselors and families statewide. Weekly individual and group supervision and case consultations are a regular part of the role.

What You Need

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina (required — we are unable to consider pre-licensure or other license types)
• Experience or strong interest in youth and family-focused care
• Telehealth comfort and EHR familiarity
• Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM

Preferred

• CBT, DBT, or similar evidence-based modality training
• School-based or pediatric clinical experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
