Who We're Looking For

Fully licensed California clinicians (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP) ready to do meaningful, high-quality teletherapy work. You bring your clinical strengths; we let you choose how to use them — working with youth and young adults (ages 11–24), adults (18–60), or a blend of both, whatever energizes your practice most.

Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians aren't eligible for this role.

• $75–$95 per session, plus guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations

• 1099 independent contractor flexibility — no commute, no minimum office hours, just a schedule that flows around your life

Flexibility That Actually Works For You

• Fully remote — work from anywhere in the U.S.
• Set your own hours, Monday–Sunday, 8am–8pm PT (weekends optional)
• Just 5 sessions/week minimum, no cap — we do the heavy lifting of matching and booking your initial sessions directly into your availability, so you spend less time chasing referrals and more time doing what you love: being in the room with clients
• We handle your initial intake scheduling, so your energy stays where it belongs — on care, not chasing referrals

What You'll Do

• Build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships across age groups
• Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients ages 11–24 or 18–60 with mild-to-moderate mental health needs
• Offer psychoeducation to parents/caregivers when working with younger clients

What You Bring

• Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license in the State of California
• A genuine passion for mental health care, with a commitment to culturally responsive, equitable practice
• Experience providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults
• Comfort and prior experience with telehealth service delivery
